The mission of Lipi Adventure is to help you in planning a life-time experience. We are not here to simply sell you the highest-priced packaged trip. Rather, we want to know your expectations and preferences and we want to help you craft an itinerary that will be truly YOU.

While the company is fairly young (formed in 2004), there is no shortage of expertise on Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and Zanzibar. The owners, Hussein Mgungah and Kassim Mbonde aren't simply office managers with no clue of what they are selling you.

Hussein, spending half of his time in Tanzania and half in Kenya, has lost track of the number of times he has climbed Kilimanjaro. Sure, he knows all there is to know about Serengeti and the Masai Mara, but if you want to know about the seldom-visited Mahale and Katavi in Tanzania's wild west, well he's been to these parks and can give you first-hand knowledge on them as well. His fifteen years of experience in the safari business make him an invaluable resource.

Kassim, meanwhile, could write a history book on Zanzibar's Stone Town. But city and history aren't his only strengths. Having studied plant pathology in college, you simply pray that he has time to lead a Zanzibar spice tour for you.

Lenny Teytelman has travelled to many amazing destinations (such as horseback riding in Kazakhstan and in Ural Mountains of Russia) and has organized trips to Peruvian Amazon, Alaska, Kaui, Trinidad, and many national parks in the US. But, it was the trip that he led to Tanzania that made him fall in love with Africa and inspired him to get involved in the operations of the Lipi Adventure Company.

In addition to the travel experts, our travel company relies on an exceptional and professional crew of operation managers, drivers, and guides. Our reputation is of paramount importance to us, and we aim to provide impeccable service. So far, according to our past clients, we seem to have done pretty well (please see our REFERENCES).
