He maintained the highest professionalism and handled all of our needs with the utmost care and attention. I would recommend Mr. Hussein again and again to anyone that is traveling to East Africa. From the top of Kilimanjaro, the lions of Masai Mara, and the beaches of Zanzibar the Lipi Adventure company was with us every step of the way securing taxies, 1/C ferry travel, arranging food, and giving us the incredible opportunity to see, hear, taste, and feel all East Africa has to offer. "I could never say enough THANK YOUs to Lipi Adventure. I was in Arusha to climb Kilimanjaro but had to descend early due to altitude sickness. While the rest of my team continued their climb, I had to stay in Arusha for several days by myself. On top of my frustration and disappointment, I was totally unprepared for this situation. Lipi Adventure helped me with everything that I needed - from getting myself a shampoo, to looking for accomodations and excursions that would fit my budget (or lack of). "   I would highly recommend using Lipi Adventure Company. Having booked flights to Zanzibar and then being informed that our accommodation had been overbooked; we contacted Hussein, who stepped up to the breech to assist. Hussein provided a 1st class service and managed to find us accommodation during August - the busiest holiday period for Zanzibar. Hussein arranged for us to stay in the hotel of our choice however he had upgraded our room and had obtained a cheaper room rate - of which he did not charge any commission or make any additional charges. I know Hussein, helped us through kindness but his sheer professionalism and dedication really shone through. Lipi adventures offer the best tours, which are informative and extremely enjoyable. We achieved so much more by using Lipi's services as an expert guide was provided for every step of such an exciting, enjoyable tour. They are experts in their field and I would highly recommend that you use the services that they offer. During our stay, we were greeted at the airport and taken to our accommodation by private car. Were contacted by Kassim, who showed an intense interest in our requirements and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay.
  Both Hussein and Kassim show tremendous care towards their clients and provide a dedicated tailored personal service. You cannot go to Tanzania without looking up these guys; they really do go above and beyond the call of duty. To go to Tanzania and not use these guys would be a crime, they know everything there is to know about the islands and excel in providing a service that is second to none. I would like to thanks Kassim and Hussein for making our holiday, not only possible, but the holiday of a lifetime.
  We will definitely return and use Lipi again, however, in the meantime I intend to shout from every rooftop and tell everyone about the excellent service that they provided.

"During my first trip ever to Africa in Feb/Mar '07, part of my journey included a trip to the beautiful island of Zanzibar. My travel agent in Canada worked with Lipi to formulate a wonderful stay for me. Kassim, treated me like a VIP. He ensured I was picked up at the airport as requested, and ensured my trip to Nungwi went smoothly as he drove me himself. Then when I called him to request an early exit from Kendwa, I had transportation within a couple hours. Due to my requested change in itinerary, he ensured the hotel in Stone Town could accommodate me early--and again no problem. Then when it came to my very sad departure from Zanzibar (I loved Zanzibar and the people there), again Kassim ensured transportation and was right with me until I went through security to board the plane. Kassim and Hussein have a gold mine of a business!!!. Throughout my many travels world-wide, Lipi Adventures is the best run small tour operator.
